Information About Data Cleaning And Data Services
Surveys and Questionnaires
Surveys and questionnaires are another way to gather quantitative data. It’s simple to create and distribute a survey online using tools such as SurveyMonkey, Typeform, and Qualtrics. Anyone can now collect quantitative data with ease. Surveys can be used to gather customer feedback or user opinions, or simply find out what people think about certain products and services.
It is important to ask respondents for quantitative data in order to gather meaningful information from surveys. For example, they should be asked to rate their satisfaction on an 0-to-10 scale.
Online Access to Open-Source Data
Data analysts may also be able to analyze data from other databases. It all depends on what field you are working in and the type of data you require. The internet is full of free and open datasets spanning a range of sectors, from government, business and finance, to science, transport, film, and entertainment–pretty much anything you can think of.
What Is the Best Way to Analyze Quantitative Data?
One of the most important characteristics of quantitative data is their ability to be used for statistical analysis. There are many methods and techniques for quantitative data analysis. The way you analyze your data will depend on what you want to learn.
It is important to know the difference between descriptive and inferential analysis before you dive into specific methods of analysis.
What Is the Difference Between Descriptive Analysis and Inferential Analysis?
Descriptive analysis is exactly what it sounds like. It describes the data. This is very useful because it allows you to quickly see the fundamental characteristics of your data and the information you are working with. The most common descriptive statistics are the range (the difference in highest and lowest scores), minimum and maximum (the lowest or highest scores in a data set), and frequency (how frequently a particular value appears in the data set).
To gauge the overall trend of your data, you might calculate different measures of central tendencies. The measures of central tendencies include the mean (the sum all values divided by the number), the median (the middle score when all the scores are ordered numerically) and the mode (the most commonly occurring score). The standard deviation is another useful calculation. This will tell you how representative the whole dataset is.
Although descriptive statistics can give you a quick overview of your quantitative data, they do not allow you to draw any definitive conclusions. Inferential analysis is where you come in. Inferential statistics allows you to make predictions and infer conclusions. This allows you test different hypotheses and predict future outcomes using probability theory.

City of Honolulu HI Information
Honolulu, the capital and largest city in Hawaii, is located in the Pacific Ocean. It is the unincorporated county seat of consolidated City and County of Honolulu. It is located along the southeast coast of Oahu and is the southernmost and westernmost major U.S. city. Honolulu, Hawaii’s main gateway into the rest of the world, is also its headquarters. It serves as a major hub in the state’s financial, military, and hospitality sectors. It is home to a variety of Pacific, Asian and Western cultures. This diversity can be seen in the city’s diverse cuisine and traditions.
History
Oral histories and artifacts provide evidence of the first settlement in Honolulu, by the Polynesian migrants from the archipelago. These artifacts and oral histories indicate that Honolulu was settled in the 11th Century. In 1804, Kamehameha I defeated Oahu in Battle of Nuuanu Pali. He moved his royal court from Hawaii Island to Waikiki. In 1809, his court moved to downtown Honolulu. In 1812, the capital was relocated to Kailua-Kona.
Climate
Honolulu has a semi-arid climate with a dry summer season. This is due to the rain shadow effect. Contrary to popular belief it does not receive enough precipitation to qualify as tropical. It has temperatures that exceed the tropical threshold, with a mean temperature of 64.4 degrees Fahrenheit (18.0°C), but this is still above the tropical threshold. The average temperature ranges from 80-90 degrees F (27-32 degrees Celsius) to 65-75 degrees F (18-24 degC). On average, temperatures exceed 90 degrees Fahrenheit (32 degC) 32 days per year. Lows of 50 to 60 degrees Fahrenheit (14-15 degC), occur only once or twice per year. The highest temperature ever recorded was 95 degrees F (35 degrees Celsius) on September 19, 1994 and August 31, 2019. 52 degrees Fahrenheit (11 degrees Celsius) was the lowest temperature recorded on February 16, 1902 and January 20, 1969.
Demographics
As of 2020 U.S. Census, the population of Honolulu was 350,964, making it the 55th-largest U.S. city. In 2010, the city’s population stood at 337,256.
Transportation
Honolulu was ranked the worst for traffic congestion in America, surpassing Los Angeles. Congested roads cause drivers to spend an average of 58 hours a year.
